Our attorneys represent individuals who are facing deportation or removal proceedings in Immigration Court.  We have appeared in immigration courts throughout the Southeast, including Orlando, Miami, New Orleans, Oakdale, Atlanta, and Memphis.

We represent clients in applications for United States citizenship and appeals of denial of naturalization.  Additionally, we represent individuals who seek to prove that they already hold citizenship through derivation from a parent or grandparent.

Our attorneys provide assistance to businesses seeking to hire foreign workers or transfer workers to the United States, including H-1B, H-2B, and L-1 visas.  We also assist foreign entrepreneurs seeking E visas to purchase, open, or invest in businesses in the United States.

We assist clients in petitioning for lawful permanent resident (LPR) status for family members, including both adjustment of status and consular processing in home countries. We also provide services to clients who require waivers of inadmissibility.
