LPR (“Green Card”) status:
Our attorneys assist clients in petitioning for lawful permanent resident (LPR or “green card”) status for family members. United States citizens and lawful permanent residents are able to apply for certain family members so they can obtain a “green card”. We help individuals apply for tourist visas (B-2), often to visit family members in the United States or to extend a stay by changing from another non-immigrant category.
