Consultation Policy
The initial consultation is the most important part of representation. In the initial consultation, the attorney learns the facts of a client’s case, formulates an initial strategy, and determines the cost of representation. Likewise, the initial consultation is the client’s opportunity to decide if our firm is the right choice for his or her representation. In order to meet these goals, we have developed policies to make the initial consultation as useful and informative as possible.
